Justin Schepers is the founder and owner of Teknite Homes Inc.

Justin’s first job in construction was back in 2004 with AJ construction. He framed apartment buildings with a large crew and he enjoyed the progress that he could see happen throughout the construction process.

He always enjoys seeing a piece of land turn into something great in a short matter of time.

 

Since the start of his construction career he developed a passion for producing great work and knew he wanted to keep working within the construction industry. Justin enjoys challenges and has a natural ability for solving complicated construction related problems. So in 2006 he decided to start his own framing company.

 

Over the years he has framed many different challenging projects. He found himself often working with homeowners trying to help accomplish their vision. 

Through this process he realized that he very much enjoys working with his costumers as much as the actual construction work. With this in mind Justin realized that just concentrating on the framing portion of a home build was not enough to truly serve his customers the way he wanted to.  The idea of orchestrating the entire build from start to finish was a much better way to help his clients realize their dream of owning a luxury custom dream home.

This led him to get his builders license and start Teknite Homes Inc in 2015.

 

Since then Justin has built many spec homes and custom homes where he worked closely with the home owner. Justin loves to build high quality homes and takes pride in every job. 

His extreme attention to detail and ability to be efficient is what really sets Teknite Homes Inc apart from the competition. 

He cares deeply about the needs and wants of his customers and always puts them first. And it shows!

When he’s not building beautiful custom homes, Justin enjoys going mountain biking with his wife Natalie and their five children.
