The Consultation
After you have given us a call or filled out our contact form, we will reach out to you and talk about what you are looking for in a new custom home.
Then we will meet with you so we can get to know each other and discuss what is involved in your custom home project.
During this meeting is a great time to ask us all the questions that you need to in order to feel comfortable working with us and in turn, we can ask you the questions we need to in order to deliver the best custom home construction experience.

Discovery
We will help you discover and define the beginning priorities like what you want in regards to the style of home, all the way to your desired location.
The first step to building the home of your dreams is to choose your perfect property. You may already own land or you may choose to purchase a particular building lot.
We can also help you decide on exactly where the perfect location for your custom home could be. Once a location is chosen, we can move on to the next phase.
Designing Phase
Once land is selected, we work with you to design your custom home.
Bring us your plans or you can decide to work with our own architects and designers to get your custom home design just right to fit your needs.
When you build with Teknite Homes you can meet directly with our designer and architect if desired to create a home that suits your lifestyle.
Pricing Estimate
After your home is designed, it is time to personalize the style and finish. Once the design and specifications are complete, we provide you with an estimated price to build your new home. The price will stay on budget unless you decide to make modifications.
Changes to the original design plans are quite normal as once you are standing in the shell of your new home, you can get a true feeling if the design is or is not exactly as you pictured it. If it is, great we continue to move forward, if not, then we work with you to make sure the final product is. You are in complete control, as nothing is done without discussing it and without your consent.
The Construction Phase
Once the design and specification details are finalized and a deposit has been made, we break ground and construction begins. We know this is your custom dream home, so we keep you involved throughout the construction process to make sure every detail is exactly as you want it. This includes:

Possession Timeline
You can expect to take possession of your dream home within 6 – 12 months from the time construction begins depending on the size and details of your home.
In the initial stage of the custom home build, we will provide you with the estimated timeline of events, and when it should come to completion.

Our goal is to ensure that your finished home is covered from defects in workmanship and materials long after you take possession.
